Data Input

Set Off Advice No :

A Set off Advice Number is genearetd when the set off transaction is saved. This has a sequence.

Type :

Setting off can be done against using the amount of Customers as well as suppliers.

Supplier/Customer :

Upon the selection of “Type” above, user will be the space to select either Supplier/Customer appropriately.

Filter Criteria :

The User can enter specific document numbers e.g; Receipt no so as to get the data of that document only.

<Get Unsettled> : Press the button to get the data of selected criteria.

Notes :

The user can enter any important details pertaining to set off transaction(s).

Date:

This is the date of set off transaction. This date can't be back dated.

And implied to the actual date of the transaction.

Set off by :

This is the system logged in persons name. Logged in person is considered as the person who executed the transaction.

Sub Account :

This is given to sort the entered payments to selected sub Account. There is no impact  to transaction.

Set off Amount :

The user is required to enter the expected set off amount. This can be over the amount available to set off from.

<Delete> Entered transaction can be delected from pressing the button.

<New Row> : The User can go for new line to execute another set off.

<Save> : Press the button to save the data entered.
