Purpose :

When Carrying out the operations, the user may require to transfer stocks (Raw or Finish) from one store to another store.

This function enables the user to transfer the stocks.

Data Input

The user can query details pertaining to Purchase Orders giving;

• Stock transfer No            
• Status
• From
• To
• Date
• All Locations

And press <Find Transaction> Button.

 (*) To raise a Stock Transfer Press <New Transaction> button and it enables the user to proceed forward to Stock Transfer Details dialog box.

Stock Transfer No :

Once the transfer has been properly entered and saved, the system will generate a transfer number which is always in a serial order.

From :

Select the Store from which stocks to be transferred. In here User is shown only the store under user’s logging Location.

To :

The User is required to select the Location of Next store. This enables the User to Transfer stocks from selected store in Logged in Location to another store even outside the logged in Location.

Store :

Select the Store into which goods to be transferred.

Note :

The has to enter an appropriate note/remark on the transfer may as a reference.

Item Details :

Click the drop down to get suppliers’ list whose goods are received to Store. With that in next given space the user can select item to be transferred. Next the user will get the items details available in the stores pertaining to selected product.

Reject the Stock receipt: 

Item :

The user will get the Item Name/Product Name.

UOM :

The smallest Unit of measure set in Product creation to transfer.

Transfer :

The user can enter quantity to be transferred.

Received Bin :

Select the Bin that will receive the Items.

<Save> :

Press the button to save the transfer details entered.

Then user can see that the transfer is getting a ‘Transfer Number’ and Status of the transfer is appearing as ‘Enter’.

Next Transfer has to be Approve, Authorize and taken into Print Status.

<Print Dispatch> :

If the user requires to print the Note for dispatch/transfer of goods, please press the button.
