Purpose :

This function enables the user to record returns of purchased items.

Data Input

The user can query details pertaining to Purchase Orders giving;

• Purchase Return No
• Status
• Supplier
• Date
• All Locations

And press <Find Transaction> Button.

(*) To raise a Trade Purchase Return Press <New Transaction> button and it enables the user to proceed forward to Purchase Return Details dialog box.

Purchase Return No :

Once Purchase Return is completed correctly and saved, a system generated no will be created.

Store :

Select a store into which Purchase return is made.

Supplier :

Select the supplier to whom purchase return is made.

GSRN no :

Select Number of the GSRN of which Purchase Return is to be made.

Reasons/Notes :

Enter reasons pertaining to the Purchase return.

Transaction can not be blank.

Products :

User can select the products which are to be returned.

<Save> : Save Transaction when completed.
